Frequently Asked Questions
What you may want to know about our care services
If the following doesn't answer your questions, please contact our advisory team directly
What care services does SerenMed provide?
We offer specialty nursing placement, home care planning, discharge-to-home care planning, hospice care, family care advisory, and integrated rehabilitation services. Based on each client's needs, we arrange licensed specialty nurses so care can continue safely in familiar surroundings. Diagnosis and treatment are provided by partner medical institutions and their physicians as required by law.
How do I request care staffing?
Please use the "Book a Consultation" form on our website or call us. A care coordinator will learn about the client's situation, assess appropriate care arrangements, and help place the right nursing partner for in-home service once needs are confirmed.
Are caregivers properly licensed?
Every in-home staff member holds a valid nursing license and completes rigorous screening, background checks, and ongoing training. We also monitor service quality regularly to support safe care.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are quoted after individual assessment, reflecting one-on-one nursing expertise and the scope of integrated services. During consultation we explain costs clearly based on complexity and hours—there are no hidden charges.
Can I change or extend caregivers on short notice?
Yes. If the assigned caregiver cannot continue, or you need to extend or adjust the schedule, please contact your care coordinator as early as possible. We will arrange backup staff or shift changes quickly to minimize gaps in care.
