SerenMed ("the Company") collects, processes, and uses your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act to provide care consultation, needs assessment, care staffing arrangements, and follow-up service contact.

Name, phone, email, relationship to care recipient, and care needs and related descriptions you provide via consultation booking or contact forms.

If you apply via the recruitment form, we also collect the position applied for, license type, license number, years of experience, available service areas, specialties, self-introduction, and any professional license documents you upload (e.g. nursing license).

Period: From when you provide data until the service purpose ends or you request cessation of use.

Region: Areas where the Company provides services.

Recipients and methods: Used only by the Company and internal teams necessary for care services—to contact you, arrange assessment, and plan follow-up care; not shared with third parties without your consent or legal authorization.

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may inquire, request access, request copies, supplement or correct, request cessation of collection/processing/use, and request deletion of your personal data held by the Company.

You may choose whether to provide personal data; without it, the Company may be unable to provide full consultation and care services.
